البيانات التي سيتم حذفها
عند الموافقة على طلب حذف الحساب، سيتم حذف أو إزالة البيانات التالية، متى كان ذلك ممكنًا:

How to Request Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your Sohba account using any of the following methods.
Through the Application
- Open the Sohba application.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
Through Our Website
Visit the official Account Deletion page on our website and follow the provided instructions.
By Email
Send your request to support@sohbagames.com using the email address associated with your account whenever possible.
Information That Will Be Deleted
Once your deletion request has been verified and approved, Sohba will permanently delete or anonymize your personal information where applicable. This may include:
- Account information
- Profile information
- Name
- Email address
- Profile picture
- Gameplay progress
- Achievements
- Virtual currencies
- In-game items
- Match history
- Friends lists
- Other personal information associated with your account
Once the deletion process has been completed, your account and its associated information may no longer be recoverable.
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where necessary to:
- Comply with applicable laws or regulations
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Protect the rights of Sohba or its users
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce our legal obligations or agreements

Processing Time
We aim to process all account deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible.
Important Information
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
- You may permanently lose your gameplay progress, achievements, virtual currencies, in-game items, and other account-related information.
- If your account is signed in on multiple devices, you will be signed out from all devices once the deletion process has been completed.
- Backup copies of certain information may remain temporarily before being automatically removed in accordance with our backup and retention procedures.
